The Richmond Hill Small Business Enterprise Centre (SBEC) is an innovative partnership between provincial and municipal government, belonging to a network of over fifty (50) small business enterprise centre’s across the Province.  The SBEC provides a one-stop source of services and programs for Richmond Hill’s entrepreneurs and small businesses.  Entrepreneurs  have access to a wealth of services, that include:
