The Richmond Hill Small Business Enterprise Centre (SBEC) is an innovative public-private sector alliance, belonging to a network of nearly fifty (50) small business enterprise centre’s across the Province.  The SBEC provides a one-stop source of services and programs for Richmond Hill’s entrepreneurs and small businesses.  Entrepreneurs  have access to a wealth of services, that include:

  • Consultations with knowledgeable business consultants. 
  • Free small business start-up kits.
  • Seminars, workshops and networking events.
  • Access to an extensive, centralized collection of current business related resources.
  • Direct assistance with business plan preparation and market research.
  • Access to various business professionals.
  • Referrals to other business programs, services and associations.
